Chestnut Milkshake recipe

Posted by Lifestyle Blogger on

Do you love milkshakes? Cause, I do! They’re full of flavor and are so thick and creamy, Yummy! Refreshing and savorous that recipe is just the perfect one to enjoy during summer.

After our delicious autumnal mugcake –  here is another chestnut recipe for you to enjoy this summer. My mom used to say “nature’s candy” to describe chestnut, in a futile attempt to get me to think that eating chestnut spread was as exciting as eating nutella. Well, it took me a few years, but I’ve finally come to agree with her. Chestnut spread is just as sweet, and even more delicious than many other chocolate spreads. Plus, they’re an important sources of vitamins and minerals too!

Well, now you can make a quality chestnut milkshake in your own home. It’s quick and easy. So get out the blender and experiment my favorite milkshake recipe:

Ingredients for 2 Chestnut Milkshake glasses

4-5 ice cubes
2 bananas
3/4 cups of whole milk
3 tbsp of chestnut spread
1 tbsp of sugar
If desired, add whipped cream

Preparation

1. In a blender add the bananas, the whole milk, the Chestnut spread, the sugar and the ice cubes. Mixed them up for one minute. Give it a taste (or two!) to check the texture, then blend in additional milk until the texture is perfectly suited to your taste.
2. Pour the milkshake in two glasses. If you wanna go fancy, you can always top it with a generous dollop of whipped cream.

Bon Appétit!
