Bottomless Pear Mimosas

Sunday is, by far, the best day of the week. Sunday’s tradition with my friends for the last year has been nothing short of a great time. We get brunch and drink bottomless mimosas. Then we wander over to the next bar to sing our hearts out at karaoke. Finally, we head back home to catch up on all the latest shows.

Recently, we’ve decided to change things up a bit. We make brunch at home and we’ve even tweaked the classic mimosa. Instead of karaoke and Netflix, we cook dinner together and play Texas Hold ‘Em.

Sundays are still awesome, especially with this easy recipe: a twist on the classic mimosa. The sweet taste and subtle citrus notes of juicy pears coupled with sparkling wine is the perfect way to end a long week. Don't miss looking into our Pantry for some of these ingredients!

Preparation Time: 5 min


Ingredients for 5 servings
1 bottle of your favorite prosecco (chilled)
10 oz. Pear nectar (chilled) 
1 small-sized pear


Preparation

  1. Fill five glasses with about 5 oz. of prosecco.
  2. Top with pear nectar.
  3. Thinly slice pear.
  4. Garnish your pear mimosas with a pear slice and drink up.
