Did you know that the Burger is becoming more and more trendy in France? It appeared in the menu of many restaurants and bistros, even gastronomic ones. According to French people, a good Burger means crunchy bread, thick steak and of course fresh and tasty ingredients. Some French Burger recipes are considered as premium because it contains fancy French cheese and gourmet food. Here is my favorite French style Burger, with Brie Cheese and Sweet onions confit. I love melted cheese on a juicy steak with fresh salad and this little sweet taste that make this Burger so unique! Yummy Yummy
