Refreshing Lavender Honey Ginger Ale Recipe

Posted by Lifestyle Blogger on

It’s already September, which means that summer is drawing to a close and we’re heading into breezy fall. We’ve decided to commemorate this with our delicious recipe of Lavender Honey Ginger Ale. Not only is this a delight to add to your next garden party, it’s also a refreshing and natural alternative to regular sodas!

Honey has many important health benefits from treating sore throats to boosting energy earning it the name of “liquid gold.” Our Lavender Honey from the French Breakfast Box was introduced in 1920 by Yves Michaud, who stood for authenticity and quality. This creamy and slightly crystallized gem provides just a hint of lavender while producing the perfect sweetener to pair with yogurt, toast, or cheese.

The Lavender Honey Ginger Ale recipe is guaranteed to be the highlight of your next party. Follow these easy steps to blow away your guests with a natural yet tasty beverage!

Ingredients for 4 glasses
¼ piece of chopped ginger root
½ cup of French Lavender Honey
4 cups of sparkling water
1 cup of filtered water
3 Lavender sprigs and 1 extra for decoration
1 lemon slice for decoration

Preparation
1. Combine water, ginger, lavender sprigs, and French Lavender Honey into saucepan and let simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
2. Once the mixture has turned into a syrup, strain to get rid of loose lavender flowers. Let cool.
3. Pour syrup into glass jar.
4. Add sparkling water (1 part syrup to 3 parts water)
5. Add lavender sprig and lemon slice for decoration.

Cheers!
